Privacy & Terms

When you press Generate, TrueView sends your current photo and description to OpenAI for safety screening and one AI-generated concept. OpenAI and infrastructure providers may retain data under their policies; processing and retention details are below. Your agreement applies to this beta session, for up to eight hours. Access checks and available allowance still apply.

Your photo & this tab

Choosing a photo keeps its pixels in this browser tab. Preparing a review sends your description and photo fingerprints to TrueView’s server, without sending the photo pixels. After your session agreement, only your Generate action sends the prepared photo and instructions to OpenAI for safety screening and one concept image. Clear or reload removes the app’s local photo, draft and result; downloaded files or Photos copies remain on your device. Clear does not remove an optional published reveal: use Remove my reveal separately.

What is retained

TrueView’s generation flow does not save image files for later recovery. If you separately choose to publish a reveal, TrueView stores the approved original photo, concept image and social preview in Cloudflare R2 and serves them through a public reveal link. Generation alone does not publish them. TrueView temporarily keeps review identifiers/fingerprints, guest sessions and campaign-scoped network digests for access and abuse limits. The app does not persist raw IP addresses in those quota records. Session and agreement access expires after up to eight hours, and short-lived preflight/review records are cleaned after expiry. Guest, network and challenge digests and financial job/usage receipts remain for daily limits, replay prevention and accounting; their deletion period has not been specified. Cloudflare and OpenAI may retain data under their own policies; clearing this tab does not delete provider-held data.

OpenAI processing

OpenAI’s API policy excludes inputs and outputs from model training by default unless data sharing is opted in. Default abuse-monitoring logs can include content for up to 30 days, with longer legal/safety retention and flagged-image review exceptions. The inspected OpenAI organization’s optional feedback, evaluation/fine-tuning and API input/output sharing settings were disabled at our October 16, 2026 review. This does not disable abuse monitoring. Special project retention controls, including any zero-data-retention entitlement for these image requests, have not been confirmed; immediate provider deletion is not promised.

Optional public sharing & removal

Sharing happens only when you click Share to Facebook beside the public-link notice and permission wording on the result screen. That click confirms permission to publish both the original and concept images, acknowledges the public-hosting and copies notice, and creates or reuses your reveal link before opening Facebook. No checkbox or second modal is required. Anyone with the reveal link can view, forward and download both images and the social preview. Newly consented public reveal links expire 30 days after publication, with no overall sharing end date. Older links keep their original, shorter expiry; expired or removed content is not restored. Generation access is separate and does not extend a reveal’s expiry. Existing storage and operation limits can pause new publication or block reads before a link’s expiry. Unused sharing-eligibility metadata expires after up to 30 days; generation, quota and financial receipt retention is unchanged. Remove my reveal blocks new hosted reads and deletes the hosted files; a failed deletion is queued for cleanup. Expiry also blocks reads and schedules deletion. Hosted files may take longer to finish deleting, and downloaded, screenshot, social-preview or other cached copies can remain outside our control. No automatic Facebook posting occurs. For new links, this browser keeps link-management metadata and private removal information, without photo bytes, so removal can work after the short guest cookie expires. Private removal information is not included in public links. Clearing site data can lose self-service removal access. You can also request removal by email below.

Cookies, analytics & infrastructure

Anonymous beta cookies enforce sessions and attempt limits. Link-management metadata and private removal information use local storage after you publish a reveal; photo bytes are not stored there. The app clears expired link-management entries when you next visit. A Cloudflare analytics beacon is present on this site. Its collection and retention settings and infrastructure access/security-log retention have not yet been verified. These are separate from TrueView’s campaign quota records. HTTPS protects data in transit; no service can promise complete security.

Privacy questions & requests

For privacy questions, a hosted-reveal removal request or questions about retained metadata, email moretime@pocketflowmedia.com. Describe your request and include a reveal URL or request receipt identifier if available. Do not attach photos or identity documents. The link opens your email app; nothing is sent until you choose to send it. Requests are handled by email, not an automated deletion portal. We may need enough information to locate the relevant record and confirm the request. Removing a TrueView reveal does not remove external copies or provider-held records.

Beta access

No customer account: up to 20 generation attempts per guest and 20 shared per network per calendar day, resetting at midnight America/Chicago (Central Time, including daylight saving changes), with Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection. Anonymous cookies, your current-session agreement record and private session metadata enforce access. Sessions last up to eight hours. A guest identifier cookie is set for 24 hours when a new session is created; earlier campaign cookies keep their original expiry. Clearing cookies does not reset the current network’s daily total. Clearing cookies can lose access to request status; quotas are not identity verification. Provider keys remain on the server. Owner administration stays private.

Designs & test allowance

AI images are concepts, not measured plans. Objects, placement and details may change; verify dimensions, fit, quantities, exact colors, species and stock independently. Your agreement applies to this beta session; you remain responsible for permission to use each photo. Each Generate action uses one beta attempt. The owner reserves 5¢ internally within the shared $50 total software ceiling; visitors have no checkout or payment. Prior usage and holds remain; these limits do not guarantee the provider bill. No automatic retry. There is no automatic generation end date. Access can pause or stop when allowance or verification checks require it. The shared $50 software allowance is total across all days, not a daily refill.

Marketing posting/reuse is not automated here. Advertising or public examples using submitted photos/results would require separate permission.
